IMPORTANT RESTRICTION - The state of New York controls the sales of needles and disposable syringes with needles to buyers in New York. We cannot ship to individuals or companies who do not have a Certificate of Need. If you do not have a Certificate of Need, you must obtain one.

By purchasing any items from Syringe Supplies, You agree not to hold Syringe Supplies and/or anyone affiliated with Syringe Supplies, liable for any injury and/or bodiy harm from the misuse or improper use of any items purchased from our store. irems are sold with the intent of non human use.

All of our syringes and needles are manufacturer individually wrapped and sterile. Some syringe with needle combos, may at our discretion, come in seperate manufacturer individually wrapped needle and individually wrapped syringe sterile packages. We try our best to mark everything that may be expired and or old stock - os, or New stock - nos, But cannot always guarantee due to the rapid turnaround of items. Some Non Sterile Items are marked "ns." Some New-old stock items which may be expired but still apprear to be sterile (Are run through UV, Gamma and/or Ozone Sterilization.), may be indicated by "nos" and are sold As-Is.  Old Stock Items which are sold as-is, and may be marked as "os" Also note, the vial crimps and rubber stoppers shown in the photos may change as stock changes. We cannot always guarantee the same color as shown in photos.

Please NOTE: all items are sold As-Is with no warrenty whatsover. Sometimes we sell surplus suplies with may be expired but the outside appearance is still very good. We reserve the right to on occasions, substitute an item of equal or similar value should we be in short supply of that item. If you do not want this, please email us along with the order, and let us know you prefer not to accept any substitutes.

Packages are shipped non-insured. If you want insurance for USA shippments only,  please add 3.95 to your total. We will not be responsible for lost items, packages, damaged packages or customs confiscated under any circumstance.  Also, Shipping times are estimates only. Packages may be shiped sooner or later than listed times. We reserve the right to change shipping times up to 30 days as needed due to large volumes of orders and or Holidays that we may encounter from time to tme.  For Canada and International shipments, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay ALL custom fees and duties that may be in addition to regular shipping sharges.  Once they leave our warehouse we are no longer in control or responsible for any package.  Please allow from 5 to 30 days for USA deliveries.  For any out of the USA shipments, due to strict custom enforements, your package may be detained for any reason. Once again, this is out of our control and is the risk you take in ordering from the USA. For shipments outside the USA, customer is responsible for any Duty. Fees or other taxes or charges. Out of USA orders please allow 7 to 36 days for delivery depending on location and Customs. Some Non USA packages will be shipped via USPS or other means depending upon circumstances.
